I think this fanbase just needs to accept that Callahan is a lot more respected around the league than they want to accept because fans have the memory of a goldfish. He would have been a HC last year if he didn’t take this job and would have been one of the first guys hired this year. You guys should go watch Daniels the years prior to his last year at lsu. He was not that good. He improved tremendously in his last year. If you actually compared Daniels and Ward's entire college careers, Ward had the better career. Daniels improvement is actually what makes me think Ward can have a similar amount of improvement.

I have no opinion on Zelenskiy one way or another. I also have friends in Ukraine and of course they're ready for the war to be over. Nobody wanted this. Russia is on the brink of full fledged economic collapse. Inflation there is off the charts. The war is unsustainable for them. A scenario where soldiers revolt because the rubles they're paid are worthless is entirely possible. Russian consumers are borrowing to pay back debts. It's an untenable situation. The US never lost on the battlefield in Vietnam but we lost the war because it was unsustainable economically and from increasing lack of domestic support.

Not to mention that if Musk really wanted to find waste, then he would have hired forensic accountants instead of computer programmers.

I think people like to use the benefit of hindsight now that we've seen these guys play. Daniels was such a sure thing EVERYONE had Caleb over him. Stroud people wondered about him having a loaded supporting cast, the bad track record of Ohio State QB in the NFL, good but not amazing physical traits, etc. I'm lukewarm on Ward, but Daniels and Stroud have nothing to do with what I think about him.

I think that's a realistic projection for him, and I agree that it's hard to pass that up when your only other options include the likes of Will Levis and a 40+ year old Aaron Rodgers. I still hope they trade back and accumulate picks, but I'll understand the move if they pull the trigger on Ward.

There's no way the Titans are trading the #1 pick for Stafford or even #35.....and the only reason he'd want to be traded is that he wants a new top of market deal..... As for Ward, he's not the prospect Daniels was/is. Far more comparable to Caleb Williams in my mind and even then Williams is the better prospect.

This doesn’t even make any sense. The Titans are not a qb away. They need draft picks to replenish roster holes. If they want a vet qb they can sign one. The #1 pick is their most valuable asset . They can either pick one they feel is a franchise qb. Or they can trade down for multiple picks , trading for Stafford does nothing for them.
