  1. I'll say it. WTF would anyone want to acquire and pay Lamar Jackson? He's not come close to his 2019 season production wise and for as much grief as people give guys like Tannehill, Cousins, and Dak for playoff performances, Lamar has one lone win and that was in the worst coached game of Mike Vrabel's career.... He's missed 10 games in the last 2 seasons and there's no way he'll be healthier and faster as he ages....

  2. There has been some speculation that Snyder could give a final fuck you to other owners by giving Jackson a huge fully guaranteed contract.

  3. Or maybe it’s that no team wants to give up two first round picks for a guy with injury issues and has struggled as a passer?

  4. Ah that tweet beat me to it... This is definitely headed towards collusion. It's a shame that Jackson doesn't have an agent because this going to become personal

  5. Typically teams negotiate a trade instead of the pure match / give up 2 picks. NO will have no interest now. IMO, Lamar's about to get a rude awakening. His list of suitors is going to be a lot smaller than he probably thinks it is.

  6. An injury prone QB wants a fully guaranteed contract. It's got to be a conspiracy against him aka collision. Lol

  8. 40% pay little to no income tax because 40% have little to no income… Income inequality is at record highs in this country (at least since slavery was abolished). This is the product of tax cuts on the wealthy, along with many other conservative economic policies. Trillions of dollars of tax cuts were never good policy to anyone but the wealthy.

Only in a warped circle are those two considered conservatives. They were on that committee for only one reason- they hated Trump. And early releases of the tapes are already showing something different. Coup my ass.

The chatter at the only decent CPAC afterparty? How lame this year’s CPAC really was. Steve Bannon was the host of the invite-only party held Saturday night at an overcrowded pub in National Harbor. Bannon, who dubbed the party the first annual “Warrior’s Ball,” insisted that despite the lackluster conference, the GOP and its right flank were still strong — and pointed to his two special guests in the room as proof: “Look at what our movement is made of. Kari Lake and James O’Keefe! Is there any political movement in this country as strong as this, with warriors like this?” Warriors like a failed gubernatorial candidate who won’t admit she lost and a media provocateur who was effectively ousted by his own board? Vish Burra, who worked for Bannon’s “War Room” podcast and is now an aide to another lightning rod, Rep. George Santos (R-N.Y.), once told me about the MAGA movement, “We don’t have an ideology, we have vibes.”… https://www.politico.com/news/magazine/2023/03/06/cpac-vibes-trump-00085568

  19. I don't care if it was Tom Brady, a fully guaranteed contract and 2 first round picks will only be touched by a team that really thinks it's a QB away from not just competing but being super bowl favorites.

  20. You would hope Florio checked on that before tweeting it out but who knows. There has been rumours around for ages that the Dolphins are Jackson's preferred destination.

  21. Pretty sure that's not how this works lol. They could easily trade 1st round picks in 2024 and 2025. Also, Ravens and Dolphins can negotiate the trade as well.

  26. We have record tax collections every year and yet spending increases totally outpace it. Infrastructure? Bullshit. It was nothing like that but rather a giveaway to pet liberal bs. “Tax cuts to the rich’ is such a tired mantra. When 40 % pay little or no income tax, who the hell is going to get cut? And here we have the supreme court debating the loan forgiveness, How is that fiscal responsibility? Only in this forum is record spending considered fiscal responsibility.

Defeated Arizona secretary of state candidate Mark Finchem, a Republican who refused to concede in his loss to his Democratic opponent, was sanctioned by a state judge over his lawsuit that challenged his loss last year. Maricopa County Superior Court Judge Melissa Julian said the suit brought forward by Finchem and his attorney was “groundless and not brought in good faith.”… …“Finchem’s expert report identified 80,000 potentially ‘missing votes,’” the ruling said. “Yet, Finchem lost the election he challenged by 120,208 votes. That margin was so significant that even if it were assumed that 80,000 votes were missing and that those votes would all have been cast in his favor, the result of the election would not have changed.” https://thehill.com/homenews/state-watch/3886949-judge-sanctions-defeated-gop-arizona-candidate-over-groundless-election-claims/

  28. Russia’s Population Nightmare March 6, 2023 at 9:00 am EST By Taegan Goddard 119 Comments The Economist: “A demographic tragedy is unfolding in Russia. Over the past three years the country has lost around 2m more people than it would ordinarily have done, as a result of war, disease and exodus.” “The life expectancy of Russian males aged 15 fell by almost five years, to the same level as in Haiti. The number of Russians born in April 2022 was no higher than it had been in the months of Hitler’s occupation. And because so many men of fighting age are dead or in exile, women outnumber men by at least 10m.” https://politicalwire.com/2023/03/06/russias-population-nightmare/ And this is why Putin is taking 10s of thousands of kids from Ukraine and shipping them back to Russia.

Wow, I'm sure this will really set off them Libs!! byuk, byuk!! Former President Trump is featured on a new song — but he’s not teaming up with a famed singer or musical group for the tune — he’s collaborating with defendants accused of participating in the deadly Jan. 6, 2021 riot at the Capitol. In “Justice for All,” which was released on multiple streaming services on Friday, Trump is heard reciting the Pledge of Allegiance. The 45th president’s portion on the track follows a chorus of Jan. 6 inmates — credited on the song as the “J6 Prison Choir” — who sing “The Star-Spangled Banner.” The end of the song features the chorus repeatedly chanting “USA!” https://thehill.com/blogs/in-the-know/3883164-trump-collaborates-on-song-with-jan-6-defendants/

Let's be honest. Why would Iran negotiate a deal w/ Biden when they made a deal w/ Obama then Trump trashed it? If they come to another deal w/ Biden, what assurances do they have that there won't just be another administration in 4-8yrs that comes in and tanks it again? Trump fk'd over any little bit of good will we'd built between the 2 countries under Obama.

  36. It's not that hard or implausible. LV is cash poor. WSH is about to be sold and wouldn't really want to take on a large contract like Jackson's. MIA believes in Tua (apparently). The other two prefer cheaper less risk averse options. ATL would not pay whatever money for Watson last year why would they do it for Jackson? It's not collusion. That's just an easy out for people.
