Vrabel gaining more personnel control is not a good thing - regardless of who the new GM is - I promise you that.

Vrabel's comment "who is he going to throw it to?" about the receivers/Malik is a little more cryptic now.    I loved Jrob, but I love AAS more. She ain't fucking around. Ya love to see it.

I said when he got his extension this past winter that they should have waited to see how the season played out, including Farley and Radunz specifically.

The timing of it all is very strange. Not sure why you wouldn’t fire him last year especially since this years Draft class looks better than the last couple years

I think AAS wants to win but you can criticize her for rash and impulsiveness it seems like based on swinging from an extension to an in-season firing in the span of 10 months.

You have to wonder (and maybe worry?) if Vrabel gets more control over the GM level decisions. That doesn't always work out...

It's going to be really interesting to see how that part plays out.

Context is king IMO.

This is all true, but I've been saying all along that we're doing this in the worse division in the NFL.

This is not "good to great." Vrabel obviously has not been happy with the personnel moves and AAS picked Vrabel over JRob.

I believe this is right

All the narrative for years has been they were in lock step on every decision. I think that’s pretty obviously wrong now

The question is, if Vrabel does get more power, does he double down on building an archaic offense?

This Is really shocking. I hope to Christ vrable doesn’t get full personnel control

What if he's been making these stellar defensive picks this whole time, and Jrob has been making the offensive picks that shit the bed and/or leave?
