So a couple of years ago I was working at a train part warehouse. Had a married coworker named Joe. One day at the time clock Joe gets into a conversation with my supervisor and good friend Ray. Joe mentions that his wife Cindy is a professional poker player that plays in tpurnaments in vegas every year. My friend Ray mentions that he has friends that are former cops that he plays softball with that also are professional poker players who also go to tournaments in Vegas every once in a while. One day Ray call his softball buddies and asks them if they know Cindy, Joe's wife who plays in the same tournaments they go to in Vegas. His friends laugh and say yeah we know her. Thats the lady who comes out to Vegas and has some other man all over her thats not her husband. She stays in the same hotel room with the guy and they are inseparable when they go out there. Ray tells me the story at work next day but we both keep it to ourselves. Maybe like a year later Joe comes home from work to find his wife deceased from a stroke. All week Joe is at work looking distraught and sad. Now Joe is a good hardworking quiet man that gets along with everyone at our job. All that runs thru my mind is how sad this guy is over a woman that didnt give a fuck about him really and was taking his money to Vegas to spend on some other guy. That shit will never sit right with me. Alot of men have women that go on these solo trips and this is exactly what happening to your wife/gf when she gets away from you.
