I have mixed feelings on this.  I absolutely blame him for the current state of the team, but it feels like they skipped a step going straight to firing him.  Maybe this is an attempt to prevent the over reach that comes from a GM clearly on the hot seat... still there are worse GMs out there. 

 

His O-line problem is damn near criminal, but what he has done at other positions has been phenomonal.
