Not a huge surprise. Fits their strategy of stocking draft capital when they can. Trade him before he walks... but still sucks. I like McCreary but whatever.

There is a big difference in our 6th round picks.  The Titans and Jets picks are at the top of the round.  The former rams pick (Ernest Jones trade) will be at the bottom of the 6th.  Surely we aren't  trading away one of the titans or jets picks for a bottom of the 5th.

assuming they are giving that late 6th rounder , moving up to the 2nd pick in the fifth round was worth 25.8 pts .  Note I used the draft tek draft value chart.

 

And that equates to a middle of the pack fifth rounder.

 

You probably weren’t getting more than a fifth rounder for Roger anyway.
