As of right now, I have little confidence in the organization to get it right. I hope they do, but if the hiring process is another Amy Adams Strunk special then we'll probably be looking at another hire in another 2 or 3 years.

Not that I feel like defending her too much but whomever picked and vetted out Callahan as being the best candidate needs to take some heat too.  And that wasn’t AAS.

Maybe... but you know sometimes people interview really well, claim to share your vision, have a resume that backs it up, and so on. Its all a crap shoot. Like @BudsOilers says, hire fast fire faster.
