I don’t think anyone would be happy with him as their HC this time around. Plus I do think the brass are partial to a return to a defensive HC (the only kind they’ve seen success with). I agree it is funny but Amy could not afford to hire an unlikable candidate who could not turn around this franchise in one year. She and the organization want to be competitive by 2027 with the new stadium. Saleh will have way more wiggle room than Nagy would have. GLinks Posted January 20 Report Share Posted January 20 I like the thought of that ideal relationship between Saleh and McDaniel way more than that cringey version that Borganzi pictures of himself with Nagy, which would have quickly been reminiscent of Robinson and Vrabel, to me. But who knows if they will be lucky enough to get McDaniel? It could be Daboll — also, if they’re lucky. Anyway, this is good for Mike in the long run, I think.
