McDaniel would be the shit, but him in Baltimore or Buffalo would be scary... the dream is that no one thinks of him as a HC, he comes here, and sticks around for 3-4 years at min. I also think this probably feels a bit like a new, less of a domineering asshole version of Vrabel. What “encouraged” means here is important.
