Hats off to oldschool for taking the L.    If I’m wrong about something I will as well

Vrabel inherited a good team that was bolstered by Derrick Henry, Kevin Byard, and later Ryan Tannehill, all playing in their primes, and then AJ Brown, Corey Davis, and Jonnu Smith - all behind a ver

well fuck. The L is mine. I'm man enough to admit it.

We've been over this. Aside from one draft, Jrob was bad. I'll pull up the numbers again if I have to. Tons of wasted 1sts and 2nds even if you agree the conklin pick was good.

I'd argue he had two good drafts but there's no way anyone can defend his draft record.  He was with the franchise for seven drafts.  2/7 is not a good record and is a big reason why they're in the spot they're in today.

So the guy couldn't draft at all, yet the team went from bottom of the barrel to never having a losing season and competing in the AFC championship and obtaining the #1 seed.  Makes sense!

Honest question for the board - What sets Brinker's résumé apart from Ran's that makes supporters confident Brinker will be better than Ran?

First of all the fact that Brinker sounds smart and Ran doesn't can't be just glossed over. One is clearly smarter.

But Brinker's resume speaks for itself. He's been a scout, set the strategy for free agency, the salary cap, analytics etc.....

Brinker has also laid out a proven vision for the team and spent over a decade with a team that executed that plan to be one of the best teams in the league.

There is clearly a reason one has risen to the top and the other one fired

The worst thing JROB did was draft hurt us in drafting weapons. Taking Fitzpatrick when I wanted Amon who was right  there for us. I even said this kids going to be a stud watching him at USC. How bad he was at drafting receivers outside of getting lucky with Aj brown
