Vrabel gaining more personnel control is not a good thing - regardless of who the new GM is - I promise you that.

Jfc this is terrible and I'm not a jrob fan. You don't do this while 7-5 unless you are either fucking stupid or there is some non football reason we don't known yet. I belive it has to be the latter because the former with Vrabel having more of power is not a good look.

Unless they're going full on tank mode or Vrabel wants a 46-year-old Tom Brady QB'ing us, I still fully expect Tannehill to get an extension. 

 

But to your larger point...AAS has taught us we really don't know anything. She'll do whatever it takes and whatever she thinks is best to try and bring this franchise a Lombardi.

We all want more, but what's she gonna do if/when the next GM is worse? Fire him a year in too? They better improve or she'll look dumb as hell with this new stadium in the lurch.

I'd argue JRob getting fired in the middle of the season when the Titans are 7-5 and have the division all but locked up after a string of playoff appearances including a trip to the AFC Championship is pretty convincing evidence of exactly that.

Vrabel was pissed after the Brown trade. Is it possible that coupled with the terrible OL and Farley bust, Vrabel got in AAS's ear? I would be fine with this timing in January.... now is a different story.

Shocked he got fired before downing but he def deserved to get the axe. It’s his fault this team is in such a bad spot and I’m sure Amy was not happy seeing AJ destroy us on Sunday.
