My take is that the Titans don't really threaten the field deep on the boundary so the DBs play the outside WRs for the short and horizontal stuff which puts into prime position to defend screens and pick plays at the edge. That might be a bit of recency bias, but it really feels like there is zero talent. And Cam has to be better. He knows that. I think the thing to remember is no one knows anything about how to predict if a QB will be good or not when they're drafted and even after 1 season you still don't know what they will be or what they're capable of. Plenty of guys suck their rookie year and then improve in year two and three (Josh Allen), other guys do well in their rookie year and then take a step back the next years (CJ Stroud). People saying "Cam Ward will be good" before he even took a snap were full of it. People saying he will suck now also have no idea if that's true or not. It just take time to see their trajectory. Hell, I can see Levis going to a good org. and end up having a solid NFL career like a Baker/Darnold/Jones. I am not saying Cam is good or will be good.
