Very similar players. Ward might be a touch more accurate while Daniels is a better runner

Agree with that, but I'd say Daniels is a notch or two above Ward on arm strength. Not that Daniels has a cannon, but he theoretically can make any possible throw while Ward has some limitations.

I think it's obvious at this point the Titans are taking Ward. I'm on board and think his ceiling is pretty high. Callahan gave an interview to A to Z after the season that was super revealing about t

I'm totally fine with the Titans drafting Ward. Enough people think he can be good and he's shown enough NFL traits. It would not be like the Titans overdrafting Anthony Richardson or Trey Lance.

Jayden Daniels is my favorite young QB and the comparisons to him from Ward excite me.

That’s a good comparison actually.

Jayden Daniels meets Steve McNair

Ward is the closest and earliest this board has reached near consensus on a potential prospect.

I think hes a legitimate 1st round prospect QB. And as of today, believe he will be a Titan.

Get Daniel Jones (and possibly develop some value with him) and take the patient route with Ward.

A trade back would be beautiful pending the haul but I kinda don’t want to trade back and get Ward. If we pick Sanders, I will lose my shit

Ward can make every throw aside from some crazy on the run 50 yard downfield Mahomes/Allen shit. I think those two have spoiled what elite arm talent means.

Daniels had way better deep balls numbers last year but he was throwing to Nabers and Thomas.

I haven't started my deep dive into them.  I have to see what I find, who I can listen to and who not.  SS has played well developing along the way.  Cam has been more meteoric.  If he continues the same trajectory he'd be the pick hands down.

This is harder because it's pick #1.  Last year, we looked at the guards.  I think most wanted Latham, but we sure didn't decide over night.  QB is a big decision.  Missing on a LT is manageable.  Missing on a QB is a disaster.

Whatever they do, they need to get it right.

Completely fair point, but there is a slight difference in arm strength between him & Daniels.

Ward's arm certainly isn't prohibitive in the NFL, just needs to know his limitations.

Sanders on the other hand...
