I originally started writing about an estimate of how empty the stadium will be but decided I like digging at Titans "fans" for selling tickets more than just not going.

Over / under 35% Jets fans in the stadium?

I tend to think that espousing beliefs like Ayn Rand tends to say more about the speaker than independent reality. But arguing football and politics on a message board with malcontents and morons is enough for me. I'm not going to bother arguing philosophy, especially as it inevitably leans into religion and I definitely don't argue that in general, let alone on the internet.

This is close to my real expectation. Maybe fewer competitive games but add in some sense of growth during the season.

Yeah, that's trash philosophy.

I was offended there wasn't an option for an undefeated playoffs as well.

Apart from being a productive college receiver with the number one pick, having the explicit backing of the number one pick and being in the building really early and working closely at all times with the number one pick? Not much.

The Titans have had the worst record in the NFL in each of the last 2 years, are running entirely new systems this year without too much of a talent injection outside of taking players from the New York teams, which both suck, and they looked like straight trash in preseason. Of course nobody is hyping them. Best case scenario, coaching and systems and player development have resulted in some unknown quantity of better that we didn't see in preseason because they're not running their true systems. Good luck getting somebody to promote that story.

Always fascinating to me how differently people view the world.
