In other news : water is wet. Only question is whether or not they go after the top guys if they come free (Phillips, Oweh) or stick to the mid tier (Paye, Mafe). He was around professional coaches. He had the same everything outside of the HC the entire time. Same QB coach and OC. The interim who was previously a head coach was also on staff the entire time. Even the fired HC he had an entire offseason with. Sweat may be lazy, he may not take care of his body like he should, but he is not a traditional NT. His movement skills are not that of a traditional NT. He could absolutely work out in Saleh's defense if he matures by taking his job seriously. If eats right, trains correctly, and reshapes his mindset he could be a key contributor on the DL. Name me one NT that could run with the football the way Sweat did after he got the turnover in his 1st season. At 465lbs that man looked like a RB. I think if would be stupid to trade him without seeing what he does this offseason with a clean slate.
