Unfortunately he’s gonna get some heat for this the more people see it

You know Sean Payton would have thrown it. Hell he might of tried to throw his for us. My faith in cally as a functional head coach is beginning to wane.

Cam is adjusting protection, manipulating the pocket and getting the ball put at various angles and putting it on the money and grown men fans are crying because he threw the ball too hard for profess

The good news is Cam looks legit. He needs a better supporting cast for sure.    Once Cam Ward has some more experience and better surrounding talent the sky is the limit.    Havin

I don't know how Cally gets out of not knowing the rules. This is a must listen press conference.

He’ll prob be a coward and say some stupid shit like “I was shell shocked after that game, Ofc I know the rule, guys upstairs didn’t see the elbow land clear”

Cam is going to be special!

It isn't a huge deal, but the second one to Ayomanor on the slant route says a lot about Cam. They sent the extra blitzer unaccounted for and Cam looked that blitzer right in the face and then threw to the clear zone vacated by the blitzer. A lot of QBs, especially rookies, freeze up because of that instant inside pressure. Cam knew exactly what to do with the ball, changed his arm angle for clear release, and threw a strike.

I agree with the more level headed voices on the board saying that he is likely getting another year because of a rookie QB, but there are a few factors already that are likely to see him out after this season if the trend from yesterday continues.

First, defense and special teams massively improved and showed up vs a very hyped and flawed Denver performance yesterday. Denver did every thing to lose that game yet the offense couldn’t capitalize on a single of the seven possessions in their territory. The offense is directly on Callahan, so it’s a bad look.

Second, BC is not Brinker or Borgonzi’s guy. They acquired him, but did not sign him. With a very analytical approach now in place, Cam will have to produce and the offense show improvement in the numbers to justify BC staying on. If our DC has a great season and his name gets tossed around for openings, I could see them make a change to keep him.

Denver Broncos defense in 2024:

1st sacks (63)

1st pressure rate (40.7%)

1st pressure rate w/blitz (36.9%)

The Rams, the defense the Titans will face next week, finished 20th with a 30.1%

Who knows how the averages will change, but the Titans should probably face at least a marginally weaker pass rush next Sunday.
