At this point there is a better chance he doesn't make the practice squad than he makes the 53 man roster

We didn't really find out anything unexpected from that game today 

- The backup QB's absolutely suck

- There is no real juice from any of the young pass rushers

- The depth behind Simmons/Sweat/Joseph-Day is a concern

- The young LB's are going to be inconsistent

- This team is absolutely screwed if any out of Ward/Simmons/Ridley goes down for an extended period of time.

There's some guys from round 3-5 that you just know will be a competent player at minimum. He seems like one of them.

 

Over the last 10 years, there haven't been too many of those players chosen by the Titans, part of the myriad of reasons for being so shitty.

Ward good. Ridley good. Helm promising. Latham in shape. Defense outside of down 3 DL stinks. No depth. Everyone else bad.

This is the bullshit.  Based on the play’s actual events, there wasn’t a single open receiver. Pressure up the middle forced Ward out of the pocket. The shallow receiver was running into coverage, and defensive players don’t freeze when the ball is thrown. Are we suggesting he should throw across his body into the middle of the field? That’s not a realistic option.
