Maybe we'll see some definition of just what does Carthon do in the off-season, perhaps his title should be head of scouting and player recruitment? 

I believe Callahan is trying to develop as many young players as possible. . With so many  first and second year players, Callahan has to encourage, correct, and maintain a view of the future he's working toward.. if a player doesn't show improvement or doesn't put out the effort required, he likely won't be here for the 2nd season of the Calli era, but we are in the development business..

Develop while winning some games. You don't have to go 12-5 but you can't go 3-14 either.

Like @BudsOilers said above, she got sold down the river. I'd guess they were "all aligned" to Levis in this new collab bs. I'd fire everyone and bring in somebody with some clout who deserves a GM spot. You can't have a room full of talking heads who just got over-hired.

That being said I do think Callahan would benefit from someone with more overall experience on offense, not positions coaches, aside from Bill Callahan. Hopefully they can add someone like that as a consultant to staff in the offseason.

Yeah the only thing that would make any semblance of sense would have been hiring a Sr. Off. Ass. like they did with Schwartz.

 

I bet old man Callahan would have taken offence to that though.

The Titans are currently 9-23 since Ran was hired. His firing would be incredibly justified.

This team is so poorly constructed they we will suck out loud for several more seasons. It’ll take a special GM and HC to fix. Carthon and Callahan are not that.

The outrage around here is hilarious. I am fine with being upset with the results but almost every one of you morons expected a 6-10win season and had high hopes for all of these moves. 

 

The only move we made that was unanimously hated was murray. 

 

If you want to talk shit its fine but be consistent. Like the only movies I can talk shit about are levis, sneed and murray, unless you want to count not moves then rt. The rest of it I liked. 

 

Edit:  not trading henry would also be on my list but that was before the offseason.

TN has to rebuild the OL and DL to compete.  They keep thinking QB is the issue.  It is not.
