He's getting well beyond the amount of snaps I thought he possibly would in College Football. He grades well across the board, not just as a run stopper. He has a brother in the NFL, who is successful without any incidents and isn't a problem--this bodes well for him getting it together in the NFL. This is what I think will help the most; his brother had a little bit of a slow start and came on; hopefully he'll be motivated to try and outperform him and will want his own big 2nd contract which I'm sure has been discussed within the family. His brother will also be a good resource when it comes to getting across the commitment level for success at the pro level vs college. BudsOilers
He is not the brother of either Montez or Josh. Apparently some announcer made that claim once but it's not true. No1TitansFan

They said brother of another Sweat but didn't say which. ... lol .. a quick google and his Wikipedia says Josh is his brother but there is another Tennessean article saying a Mark Sweat of the Eagles is his brother and that doesn't seem to be a real person... Popular Post cenj
A glass half full outlook... Maybe Sweat really did play at 380 lbs, and still played over 500 snaps and won the Outland trophy. So imagine what he could be if pro cooks and dieticians and locker room full of grown ass men can convince him of the millions he'll make -- if he can get his shit together. His ceiling, especially considering he's playing next Simmons, is sky high. OILERMAN, No1TitansFan, DCTitan, and 6 others 8

I certainly don't think Callahan's comment is trying to wash his hands of the pick. They thought it was concerning enough to make a special flight to visit the dude's mother in TX. Everybody is acting like he's some kinda beast that hasn't grown up. Simply not true. His highlight videos are full of him batting passes and having sacks come to him after the guys around him cause chaos. He doesn't get much penetration. I just don't see it. titanruss, and stormi

Subway was founded in CT, but for the longest time had very few outlets there because they couldn't compete with the mom and pop shops. We never went to Subway as kids in CT. ctm, and FireInTheHole

Along with him since the 30 visit was largely derailed by the arrest stuff a day earlier......Very clear they were doing due diligence because they loved the player/tape. But why would you do that for a projected 4th round run stuffer?
