I visited the Titans House this week. They are scheduling 50-60 appointments per day. There is a very detailed model of the stadium you can look at. No photos are allowed. They are only selling PSLs for Premier seats at the moment which are lower bowl seats between the 15 yard lines on both sides of the stadium. There are 2 types of Premier seats, 1960 section and Platinum section. The 1960 section PSL prices are very very high, $45,000 or more per seat and are on the lowest level centered around the 50 yard line. 1960 membership has a lot of perks like parking next to the stadium, private lounge, viewing area to see the players as they leave the locker room, and right of first refusal for tickets to any event handled directly by Nissan Stadium, primarily concerts. I don't remember anything else about the 1960 section including exact prices because of sticker shock brain impairment. Platinum section PSLs range from $20,000 to $42,000 per seat and season tickets are projected to be in the $450 to $500 range per seat per game. Platinum PSL holders will have the option to buy a parking pass with shuttle service to the stadium. Food will be free in both Premier sections. The PSL prices are not set for the remainder of the lower bowl and the non-suite second level seats which are all basically corner endzone and endzone seats, but their best guess is that they will be between $10,000 and $15,000 per seat. There was no discussion of prices for the upper level seats but based on previous comments by the Titans organization at least some of the PSLs there will be $3,500 or less. Here is a link with a stadium map which shows the 3 sales waves and when the PSLs in each wave will be sold:

So, how many did you buy?

I bought less than one lol! I forgot to mention that if you buy a PSL they give you a bottle of wine or Gentleman's Jack whiskey when you leave. I assume this is to lessen the pain and help with buyer's remorse.

See, they are already implementing my plan. Enough free booze and you won't remember how much you just got fucked.

As I stated earlier, straight up Timeshare sales tactics.

Live in the area and this is absolutely true.  I’m sure those $75,000 time shares are flying off the shelves quickly though so no worries there.  There will always be an unbreakable bond between The Alamo City and The Volunteer State so all will be more than welcome….you know, just in case.
