yeah, because there aren't seats, just rails to lean on. 
 

edit: I actually have no idea if that is true. But the supporter section at soccer games has no seats - only bleachers that are locked up to where you can't use them - and I think they are emulating that idea.

That was about what I was thinking. Also the view from ground level behind the endzone has to be terrible.

View of the big ass monitors is important. 
 

At the current stadium you want to be like 2/3 back or more when in the end zone for the best views. 
 

It's cool to be close but only when they are close. I'd probably fight for back row so there's plenty to lean on and the best views. 
 

Im assuming it's a free for all gen admission situation in that section.
