tgo
“The Steelers' asking price started out as a first-round pick and other compensation, but now has been reduced to a first-round pick. It doesn't mean the Steelers get it in return for Brown, but their goals are now more realistic.” titanskick8851, and reo
AussieTitanFan08
Regardless of whether we win the race to get Brown, the simple fact JRob/Vrabel are willing to take on a personality like that totally changes where this offseason could end up. SleepingTitan
Of course Jrob is in. He's a gangster and smells blood in the water. I could see AB taking a pay cut for guaranteed money and love on sign on bonus... tgo
tgo
Well if we were to trade our first, we could beat out the Raiders. Washington may not be wiling to give a first. I think they were ready to draft Simmons with pick 19 but now they’re ready to play ball with the pick.

Who knows what went on in that locker room. Add in the interest in Simmons and the fact that they dealt with Matthews so long and the nattative kind of changes. Justafan
StephenIsLegend
I’m actually super surprised by this. Then again, I feel like I shouldn’t be because JRob has a track record of doing whatever the fuck he wants. Haha. Jonboy

StephenIsLegend
Also, it seems the FO tries to emulate the patriots a lot. Vrabel seems like a player’s coach and easy to play for. Also, would be unreal to be fielding Corey Davis AND Antonio Brown. titanskick8851

Did his legs fall off and his ability with it? Yeah, but that first year he really helped change the leadership and culture in the locker room and we got him for a swap of 5th rounders. That is a great trade. Edited March 2, 2019 by titanskick8851 SuperFreak90, Justafan, Huston, and 8 others 10

Kelly has also been a good trade. Also, Butler and Ryan both came on strong at the end of the year. Then trade down from #19 to hopefully recoup the 2nd rounder or get another 3rd at least. titanruss
