  1. Past hour
  2. I can't imagine smart business people being dumb enough to give Donald Trump real money.
  3. They tend to scratch their heads on things like that a lot. My guess is that's what he was doing but got a horn caught.
  4. Sunday morning porn for @tgo. Guarantee he almost went blind
  5. Today
  6. Willie Gault became World Champion in the US team for the 4 × 100-metre relay and won a Bronze medal in the 110-metre hurdles during the 1983 World Championships in Helsinki. He was also a member of the US Olympic team that boycotted the 1980 Olympics
  7. The drafting in TN has sucked a long time. I think the scouts never line up with the coaching philosophy because they turn over so fast.
  8. Woodson was a track athlete who was a football player. Gault was a track athlete who sucked at football.
  9. Too bad his fund raising numbers are pitiful. That's why he's selling bibles, gold shoes and begging got "5 or 10 dollars"
  10. Another confession, while implicitly forcing silence on those who potentially made corrupt deals with him otherwise they’d be part of the conspiracy.
  11. It's amazing to me how intermixed politics and religion are for some people. The founders specifically created a government to separate religion and politics because we've seen before what oppressive theocracies look like. America was founded as a thumb in the eye to that sort of religious power dictating politics. Now, morals are an entirely different matter, and I think liberals have wrongly dismissed the moral values that many Americans believe in and fight for. There is nothing wrong with advocating for the family unit, having a desire to protect life, or believing that American society should strive for a higher moral standard. It becomes a problem when people can't separate the two and have a desire to not only inject THEIR morals into politics but to reject everyone else's. This is where the fundamentalist Christians get it very wrong, IMO. It's okay to advocate against abortion. That's a moral argument, and it's legitimate whether you agree with it or not. It's not okay to illegally undermine women's rights to seek treatment where it is legal because YOU morally oppose it. It's okay to promote the family unit because you believe it is a strong foundation that benefits society. It's not okay to discriminate against gays or people who wish to live outside a family unit because you don't like it. It's okay to argue that American society should be built on higher moral principles. You don't get to do that while simultaneously supporting a candidate with the lowest moral values of any presidential candidate before him. You certainly don't get to pretend like he's an upgrade to Biden, who has his own flaws but clearly has some sort of moral compass, which Trump clearly lacks.
  12. I am of the opinion that many christians practice some sort of compartmentalization in reconciling their faith and beliefs against the many contrarian facts, findings and theories. In that mindset, many christians have conveniently labeled Trump as a tool (they are not wrong, lol) that is not to be judged as a man but rather is here as an object to be used versus whatever existential threat they’ve been fearporned into believing wholeheartedly is underway. It’s this refashioning of Trump’s very existence, the flawed warrior, that allows them to wall off their opinions of his fundamental character faults, his immoral treatment of women and his lessers, his amoral treatment of the office of presidency. Essentially, many christians have given Trump a blanket pardon, the full immunity he seeks from our laws, to do whatever he wants. ‘Trump is the USA, otherwise we are doomed for evil’. They have allowed the devil (gold toilets and all) into their hearts and will not renounce him, so long as the propaganda machine and their church continues to praise and to follow him.
  13. Anyone who believes that should be fought with every ounce of passion we have. Of course, the opposite is true as well. Anyone who believes in a coercive society that forces people to talk a certain way, like certain things, and keep their mouths shut on certain subjects at threat of the government with a gun to your head should also be fought with every ounce of passion we have.

DJT in his own words at a 2020 campaign rally: I would be the greatest fundraiser in history. All I have to do is call up the head of every Wall Street firm, head of every major company, head of every major energy company. Do me a favor, send me 10 million for my campaign, “Yes, sir.” They’d say, “The only thing is, why didn’t you ask for more, sir?” I would take in more money, but you know what? I don’t want to do that because if I do that, I’m totally compromised But when I started calling, I would be the greatest fundraiser in history. Don’t forget. I’m not bad at that stuff anyway, and I’m president. So I call some guy at the head of Exxon, I called ahead of Exxon, I don’t know, I’ll use a company. “Hi, how you doing? How’s the energy coming? When are you doing the exploration? Oh, you need a couple of permits. Huh? Okay.” But I call the head of Exxon, I say, “I’d love you to send me $25 million for the campaign.” “Absolutely sir. Why didn’t you ask? Would you like some more?” And if I make the call, now people make the call, it’s different. But if I made that call, I will hit a home run every single call. I would raise a billion dollars in one day, if I wanted to, I don’t want to do that. I don’t want to do it.
  15. lol.. oops. Walter football really needs to update their free agent list.
  16. The same reasons socialists and Marxists always oppose these policies. Control over the levers of power. They believe a stronger centralized government can better accomplish goals through regulation and legislation than businesses and individuals can through competition and decentralized planning. Most of the time, their intentions are noble, but intentions are meaningless compared to what we know happens every single time. The problem with those types of governments is twofold, and we've seen it over and over again. First, no one, especially the 'experts', is capable of planning on a strategic scale from nationally centralized control. It's insanity and hubris to believe they can. Two is that eventually, a Trump will always come along to seize control of the government and, therefore, the levers of power - this turns into a dictatorship or a ruling political class that results in a poorer, less free, and often repressed or abused population.
  17. Green was obviously super fast but the most impressive thing is how fast Hershall Walker was at his size. He's right there with Green and he's 225lbs. I was also surprised Woodson beat Willie Gault
  18. Trump's self made and can't be bought! LOL, suckers
  19. I just read the NBA now requires combine invitees to participate in order to be draftable. Curious how the NFL views that
  20. If that’s the case then Trump asking for money from billionaires isn’t going to move the needle.

Some people don't even pay that close attention. Kinda surprising but true.
  22. https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/the-gm-shuffle-with-michael-lombardi-and-femi-abebefe/id1458884463 Start at the 20:00 mark. Really good breakdown of Burks/Value/Draft/Titans. Listen to the other side of the break to the end. It gets to where I/we think the Titans have a problem long term. He talks about trades for draft picks and teams that draft poorly. I think they need a hands on owner who is in charge. Or have a person in charge long, long term because they have done it elsewhere dedicated to building the best football team in the NFL. Easy. Nope. Neither is getting a billion dollars. We all got it rough.
