Yeah, Bills fans are pissed about his work with Josh Allen…

Watch those videos. It wasn’t Daboll at all.

It was Jordan Palmer and Chris Hess’ company CORTX that worked with Allen during Covid quarantine in 2020 at a private house in So-Cal. That’s when they re-did his whole throwing motion and changed him.

The irony is that year is also the least amount of time Daboll was allowed to work with Allen.

Restructuring Ridley is pretty clearly the best option for both sides imo

I would move forward and hire Bobby Slowik now so you have a back-up plan already baked in.

I never understood why some posters on here were so convinced Ridley was a goner.

He looked very bad last year, but it's entirely possible that he regains form in a legitimate offense. We're on the hook for a lot of money regardless, and the WR price in FA is rough. Sure, cutting him to save 20M sounds great until you see what other FA WRs are gonna make. If you can't get better for cheaper, then cutting him doesn't make sense.

We could allocate that money to a different position, but there's no way we can simply draft WRs to fill the room. We are gonna have to bring in multiple FA WRs, especially if Ridley is cut.

A few notable posters pretty much bet me on it. I told them it didn't make sense-- all they could say is that he has a $20m cap hit incoming. Not understanding team building is an issue that many fans make when just looking at the contract. As I said then, you cut Ridley then youre spending your offseason hoping to find someone that can bring his production and youre going to end up paying the same amount.

We will completely complete the WR room in 2027. I expect a mid level signing in free agency and a WR drafted on day 2.

Sam Darnold was also at that house in 2020.

After Allen’s success in 2020 and Darnold’s shoulder injury season in 2020, he went and did the same system that Allen used.

Now look at Darnold.

It’s not Daboll y’all.

Let’s hire that system as our OC!

Free agent WRs, the best ones available, are going to be just about as expensive. Not to mention Ridley will count $8M in dead cap space as a post June 1 cut. $13M if they cut him before. So it's still going to cost as much, if not more, to cut and replace him than it is to just keep him.

These FA WRs all have questions too and are possibly not much better than Ridley. His not being very good could also have been a result of not being in the best offense. And investing a lot in the position now also probably precludes us from going after options in 2027.

It might be better to just focus more on improving the RB and TE room this year and see what kind of progress the young guys make.

He’s been a 55 yard/game receiver his whole career outside of one year. He’s 31 coming off a season-ending injury and can’t catch.

He’e very replaceable. Keep him. Don’t. It won’t make or break the 2026 season.

OK, he’s replaceable. Who are we replacing him with?

Just let ChatGPT call the plays

Main problem there is, it's a Sam Altman based AI.  Same dude that goes home to his husband at night. 🫣  Sooo, If used by the Titans, ChatGPT would slowly infiltrate it's gayness on them and before you know it, boom, they're down on the street corner with woolfolksunclesuncle every chance they get! 😝  I won't be using it any time soon either!

As I expected.. if it couldn't be McDaniel-- who was the first choice then #2 was Daboll

yes. Daboll is a good offensive minded coach. it would be a good move in my opinion. Yes I wanted MM, but the Chargers have a much more established offense and is a known commodity. Probably a much better situation than with a second year QB and newly hired HC. I don't blame him a bit. Truthfully I wouldn't mind Nagy either. Both are very experienced.
