Nearly every decision since has backfired. Amy made a mistake choosing Ran over Vrabel, and it shows. There’s no doubt this team would be sitting at 3–3 right now with Vrabel still at the helm. Amy made the right move in dismissing Callahan now because Vrabel is about to come to Nashville and put up 40 points, with Landry recording three sacks. It’s going to be a tough one to watch. Still, it’s good that Amy has acknowledged her mistakes ahead of the meeting and admitted she was wrong. She chose politics over football...but now that she’s owned up to it publicly, it’s time to move forward and start rebuilding a real football team. Carthon being a bad hire has nothing to do with not being on board with how much control over the team Vrabel wanted. Idk why you Vrabelites can't understand that. He basically gave her an ultimatum... and you don't do that with the owner, even if she did want you to stay. She can hire and fire ten of you in one sitting. Well it was 6-18 but your point remains. Yes, he’s doing well with the Patriots. He also has a lot more talent and a better QB than what he was dealing with in those 24 games. And aside from one game he has had an incredible easy schedule. Which will be that way for the rest of the season. It’s why Vrabel for COY was such an easy bet.
