Comparing Moore's contract to some type of average cost for OTs is misleading.  What is relevent is the current market price.

If he gives us solid, consistent LT play I could care less about the money. I understand the concerns in that area but it's not like the other options were great.

If you strengthen even slightly at LT and drastically improve RT in one move, it’s the right decision. The OL is now better.

Average play across the oline would be such a monumental improvement.  If the OT spots get settled once and for all I can't complain where the players were drafted or what they are paid.

If the Titans have functional pass blocking OTs in known passing situations then this all works out. The Titans have not been able to drop back in a passing set and give their QB adequate pass blocking in years now.

Once again, I love the OL and think its extremely important. The Titans needed to get better after missing too often over the past 10 years. Miss me with the RT is as important as LT nonsense though.

Conklin wasn’t tendered because of the injury. He was voted all pro after he left for Cleveland and was healthy. Of course he’s been injured since…
