This is one of the biggest parts of the equation for me. He continued to get better each year in completely different offenses and situations while being a leader at each stop. In the NFL you can't ask for anything more than a chance at drafting a top 10 QB. More than any other QB I've ever watched besides the obvious generational types I think Ward's skill set transitions wonderfully to the league.

Add to that the fact that when asked what he wanted in a QB, Borgonzi basically described Ward.

And to be fair, I've softened on Ward some since evaluating him. Before watching him and just listening to guys like Brugler, it was a hard no. After watching him, I can definitely see what appeals to

but their names are Cam!!and they are black!!

We said. It’s like unless he’s Lamar we don’t want him.  The Ravens developed Larmar.  They build around him and continue to develop him.

The old disappearing-reappearing ink.  OK Roger Rabbit.

Dear god please let us pass on any qb’s in the first or second rounds. This roster blows, and none of these qb’s are worth taking. Let Levis battle it out with a rookie 5th or 6th rounder, so that we can go big game hunting for a serious qb in the next few years.

I guess what pisses me off the most is the morons who try and bring "race' into this on social media.

I simply want our team to win, and that should not play any part.

The only reason they would trade down is if none of the QBs have convinced them to draft them. They are going to be daring them to convince them not to draft them. They aren't going to actively/purposefully stay bad at QB just to gamble their livelihoods that there will be more hyped QBs available next year. That is wrong-headed fan non-sense.

Maybe part of the reason we were even able to pry Borgonzi from the Chiefs was the fact that the Titans did have the #1 Pick and that Cam Ward declared for the 2024 draft.  If Borgonzi played a large role in picking Mahomes, we might just have a future Hall of Famer in Ward.

I think Lamar had the "it" factor from the get up.  I've never seen such a slippery athlete at QB and his improvisational skills is smooth AF.

And although I passionately hate the Ratbirds, Jackson's character has been top tier.  Love the fact that he didn't throw the TE under the bus.  He's a real leader and I hope our next QB will have that going for him as well.
