The problem I see with Ridley based on my limited video tape "analysis" is that we keep passing to him inside. He get nervous at the scent of linebackers ready to pummel him and keeps dropping. We need to send him outside on one on one battles or use him as a decoy.

Malik Nabers is so fluid, it's not even funny. He gives me prime Odell Beckham vibes. Cam + Nabers would be fun to watch as Giants fan (secondary team)

All of this noted, I just can't swallow bringing in a defensive head coach. I know it shouldn't matter (it's the person, stupid) and I even understand that the Titans have failed every time they've tried hiring an offense-first head coach since Fisher. But in this day and age offense rules the roost. Callahan may (or has) faile(ed) but the direction isn't wrong. Maybe Hardegree could supplant him?

He cant be less effective than lockett. The dude just falls to the ground as soon as he gets the ball. If restaple just falls forward before being tackled its theoretically an upgrade.

You think him being traded and their offense falling off a cliff has no correlation? Even if he's overrated noone they had to replace him was anywhere near as good as him. Why create instability at a position as vital as LT?
