No idea where this nugget fits so thought it might worth starting a thread for all Titans non HC offseason discussion.   This was meant to happen last offseason but Sweat never showed up so

Who will we draft? The answer has been there the whole time.

Freeze with some awful lists here. Left off big names at CB, Cotton at TE. Feels like barely any research went into this.

The CBs are pretty funny . he had Mike Hilton and someone else on his list.  He left off Taylor.

Most of the TE’s were flex guys and not blockers.

Freeze:

The Titans have a good thing going at DL with Jeffery Simmons and T’Vondre Sweat. Their depth is in question as Sebastian Joseph-Day and James Lynch hit the market in March, but this is easily the least concerning room on the roster.

Really?  The Titans have 2 guys plus some practice squad scrubs.  Saleh likes to play with 4 DL that can rush. Borgonzi has mentioned rebuilding the DL as a priority.  I'd put either/both Dremont Jones and John Franklin-Myers near the top of the do  list.

Yeah I feel like we are addling like 5 guys there.

How many in the draft vs FA?

I'd guess 2 top 4-5 round picks at DE/DT and 2 heavy rotation or starters in FA. There will of course be a back end addition or two at those spots.

If we look strictly at the DE's on San Frans roster, it's their biggest roster group:

9 DE's - 6 of these guys get rotated in every game.

6 are like 6'4" and 265-290

3 are a little smaller ~ 6'3" 250

Titans currently have 2 players in the 6'4" and 265-90 range and 2 in the 6'3" 250 range on their Defensive roster. Of those, only Jihad Ward has been productive.

We gotta get some size fits somehow... Could also see is going after another starter level DT to pair with Simmons though we do have plenty of size fits for what they want a the DT spots.

With Charbonnet tearing his ACL and Walker just winning SB MVP I doubt he goes anywhere. And SEA has plenty of cap to keep him.

They've got around $70M in cap space, but JSN is going to need an extension and I wonder if they'd consider giving Darnold an extension too.

They've got some good problems to have, but they'll need to do a little cap-fu to keep their cap situation healthy.

I’d also add that since they are selling sometime soon they’ll want to keep an eye on the guaranteed money they are passing out. They may get more value for the franchise with relatively clean books, as far as cash flow and what is expected to still be paid to players when new ownership arrives.

Most people are saying "Bain, Bailey, or Reese" but what if it's trade back and take Woods?

If we were going to play a 3/4 it would be awesome. With the saleh defense he would make a much better pair with simmons but i think it somewhat comes down to what they think of sweat.
