He's probably the most overrated QB in history. He was fun to watch, especially for casual fans. He was/is just dumb, another in a long line of guys who got by on pure talent. Hr was lucky enough to play when his crazy turnover rate wasn't as big of a deal. OILERMAN, Pragidealist, and CreepingDeath

IsntLifeFunny
I didn't say he plays like Favre. I said he's using practice and reps like him. The opposite is Mariota who could hit those check downs with a vengeance. His stats are next to useless as is our local media. He's in a brand new offense coming off a shoulder injury and simply does not take easy throws in practice. He needs to get the check down and will. It simply isn't a problem. Protecting him and him getting honed in on where he can hit his guys is paramount in limited practice reps. titanruss

I'd say there are some shades of Favre in his game, but mostly just on the improvised roll outs and last second underhanded tosses and other wild shit. Both he and Mahomes have that borrowed from Favre. IsntLifeFunny

This made me think of the dave chapelle racial draft skit where the latinos drafted elian gonzalez so the white people couldn't. He's just not natural pass rusher and guys like that rarely become high level pass rushers. It's not unreasonable; it's leaning on the most likely outcome according to history. Unless anyone has a hard logical reason for why he'll be an excepetion, skepticism is more than warranted.

Oladejo is an athletic traitsy developmental player the kind of pick you normally see very late day 2 or early on day 3 and if they bust out so be it. The real issue is Borgonzi spent the 52nd pick on a developmental flyer which is meaningful draft capital.
