Borgonzi has an interesting decision ahead of him in the next 48hrs as he really needs to decide whether he will trade or extend Jones you can't let a productive guy like that walk for nothing at the end of the season.

I'd keep Jones only because the most likely outcome is come this time next year we've signed another guy just like Jones hoping he plays like Jones is playing. As much as we'd like to, we can't simply replace the roster in a year.
