Brady is going to target Stefanski in LV I think, and having his choice at QB may be quite compelling for him.

One thing I’ve been thinking about with Saleh - yes, he has all the Shanahan offensive connections but he also showed a willingness to move away from his preferred OC (and personal friend) Mike LaFleur in order to try and support the Jets org’s full capitulation to Rodgers by appointing Rodgers’ preferred OC. In other words, unlike some coaches like Mularkey or Tomlin, he was willing to make staff changes to try and benefit the org as a whole. 
 

Would he be willing to accept Nagy as OC I wonder?

LaFluer was fired months before Rodgers ever joined the team. 

 

Saleh also reprimanded their OL for holding back the powerhouse WR duo of Corey Davis and Allen Lazard.  He's a good coordinator, but he's likely a liability on the offensive side and not HC material.

I'm batting nearly a thousand with regards to coaching predictions. Most coaches don't fail because they simply didn't handle the transition from coordinator to HC well.  They fail because they were never good coordinators to begin with, as was the case with Callahan.  

 

Coen, MacDonald, and Ben Johnson were all top coordinators.  Now they're successful as HCs because their strengths have carried over, and they hired good coordinators on the other side of the ball.  It's that easy.  If the coach is a total shot in the dark like Callahan, then it's a bad hire.  I simply assumed he would fail because he had no track record to suggest otherwise, and came across as a relatively unintelligent person.  Any way, I was right.  As is usually the case.

Anyone with a brain could see that Callahan was in way over his head in year one. That excludes “oldschool”

Idk about all of you but the most promising thing i saw from callahan his rookie year was how well he tanked the last game of the year. It was such a masterclass i thought he may be able to do something if he is that good at intentionally sucking. But then thisbl year happened and he somehow got worse lol.

2 time COY with and did it with so much turmoil (more than Vrabel! lol)

 

2020 Basically doubled Browns win total. Helped Baker change his TD:int ratio from 1:1 to 3.25:1 in his first season. 

 

Baker gets hurt the next year and the owner starts fucking shit up. Forcing Watson on him etc. 

 

2023 was forced to start 5 different QBs but still made the playoffs and won COY again. 

Runs what some think is an ideal offense that for cam.
