I think it's smart to give a guy a year to reflect and reconnoiter -- even if it was the orgs mistake to fire them.

I'd want out just so I don't have to deal with the Watson/Sanders fiasco next year. Then there is of course the Haslem piece of it. Stefanski would instantly jump to the top of the list for any opening and I bet he knows it. around the league he's viewed as working miracles in CLE.

He had a look on his face in the second half after Sanders screwed something up that said: I’d rather be coaching anywhere else.

Stefanski here with Schwartz as his DC would be a home run. Much better scenario than that Mike Tomlin debacle waiting to happen.
