Shafted1
The title says it all. Which one should be interim coach. McCoy wasn’t great but maybe he learned something after his last stint as HC. Either way, he has atleast done it. Wilson I think has done a good job as defensive coordinator but I’m not sure is ready to be head coach. Would be make McCoy as OC. Ultimately I think Wilson has the higher ceiling so would go with him. DCTitan, and IsntLifeFunny

Smokes
Wilson needs to go too. The only time the defense looked competent was in the first six games against a rookie a lame Rogers and a bunch of backups. Against any competent starter they've been just as terrible as the offense. DecepticonShawn

The problem is Bill Callahan is a known bitch and he probably quits with his son. There goes your QB coach to calling plays and your OL coach. Brian wouldn't be missed but you could get Cam murdered. But yeah it's time. luvyablue256, and rns90

IsntLifeFunny
@TeamRamrod You said the other day it can get a lot worse, but we are getting to the point where change has to be made. Wanted your input on how you think they would handle Bill leaving mid-season. Bring someone out of retirement or something? Fassell has to know some guys sitting on the couch. Or I guess give it to his assistant?

Shafted1
Is Fassel ready to lead a team. Especially one potentially in the middle of a season? He is the best coach but has he been viewed as a head coach candidate?
