PSG2 GameDay Thread: Seahawks @ Titans

You can make up all kinds of excuses why this game looked so bad on many different levels but there are other teams that are not game planning or playing starters but are executing both offense and defense better than the Titans.  I'm not freaking out but that is a cause for some concern., I'm looking hard for something to feel positive about.

Zach Lyons just said on the radio that Sam Darnold said the seahawks did a full game plan for their backups against the Titans.

I once wiped the floor with the starting Center on Varsity in a pick up game.... he kicked my ass every other time we matched up.

Not completely shocked because some coaches do this to warm their staff up for the regular season. Nice to hear it confirmed though.

Gray also looks like he's picked up where he left off last year.  He and Hill Jr will be the best ILB duo they've had in a long time

I think Williams is also going to be a bit of a Ginsu blade with his athleticism and time spent at safety. Controlling those run fits will be huge in this defense, but I think they're going to be a good group.

Asking Ward to run more is a terrible idea. He looks like a slower, more fragile Teddy Bridgewater. Let him be the pocket QB he is

There’s a big difference between between the way Levis ran the ball Sunday and what is likely the safest way for Ward to run.. If Ward drops back to pass, but sees a clear lane for 5-7 yards , he’d be really running a draw to the open field, then sliding.. I think he can do that without great risk of injury or getting hit
