Chad Brinker steps down

Recommended Posts

Lyons is saying Brinker was surprised by the Tate pick and thought they were going in a different direction. That he was actually about to be fired. He’s also saying he has PK, Braden Gall, and Nick Suss all in his pocket and they’re doing damage control for him lolol

Just total manufactured bullshit lol

As long as Borgonzi is in charge of the football operations I don't care what they do

There's a lot of people who overhyped past changes to say Amy mishandled every single firing/extension/promotion and now any time a front office/coaching move is made it's completely overblown and pas

This completely ignores the fact she’s changed a top leadership spot every year for several years and they’ve gone through multiple reorgs around them.

There was no change made by her here.  He stepped down.  Not sure why this is being compared to a decision she made unless it's by people who want to start a controversy when none exists.

She fired people who were bad at their jobs. It’s a problem that she hired guys who did poorly, but I’m happy that she’s quick to pull the trigger to fire them if they fail. That’s what we want.

No it’s not.  The guy left on his own.  It’s a huge difference and has no bearing at all on organizational stability.  You’re arguing just to argue.

Why on earth is this even at 11 pages? Brinker stepped down because Borgonzi has most of the power in the organization now.

Brinker wants an opportunity that isn’t available here.  End of story

I’m gonna keep it going in his honor now. Man saved the franchise!

you know this isnt me aruging.  You've seen me argue.  Top leadership changing very year (no matter the cause) is not stability.. by definition.

But you I know many fans want to pretend its all fine.. continue on.
