Last one is probably unlikely but strange things happen in the draft . Lack of a second rounder limits what they can do. they are also missing their 4th
AussieTitanFan08
Couple of the bigger name draft media guys think if Love makes it to pick #7 that the Vikings will be looking to jump up and grab him which would allow the Commanders to restock their draft capital. This was also mentioned as a spot for the Rams to potentially jump up and get Tate if he makes it past the Titans, Giants and Browns.
NashvilleNinja
25 minutes ago, TF_Titan said: The thing that would make me less apprehensive about it is if they really think he would play a meaningful role in the passing game...and I don't mean screens and wheel routes. I mean actually running real routes. I can appreciate the flexibility that would give the offense. I wouldn't expect him to be running posts and go routes too much, but crossers, outs, slants. etc. And yes, screens too. You probably don't need to be apprehensive about screens. I know we were the screen queens last year and they almost never worked. But I bet they will look a lot different this year. The OL will be better, the move to push the ball will be a lot more vertical and not so much behind the LOS. So when we actually do run screens they'll likely work more like they're supposed to. He's not going to be a route technician, especially early on, but he's got receiving ability that they will develop further in him. Good thing we hired a good WR coach. The point is if that's all he's doing then I'm not sure the difference he would make justifies pick #4. It was the WR screens that were completely ineffective last season. Once they fired Callahan and started running more traditional RB screens they were more successful. SleepingTitan

FireInTheHole
I mean, my PREFERENCE would be top edge, but it wouldn’t make me think less of Borgonzi if he took Love. That’s based on the moves they’ve made in free agency, his past moves, and the fact he could still grab good depth and starters with 2nd/3rd round picks. We only have added Robinson as a weapon for Cam and that's it. We will add more premium picks on offense moreso than defense SuperFreak90
Jamalisms
Let me go on record now and say a RB at #4 is a terrible idea. I don't care who it is. SleepingTitan, Mythos27, and MadMax
