Apparently he just loves to coach ball and one of the main reasons he failed at New York was because he didn't really embrace the management part of being a head coach. That's to say hes probably at his best as an OC 100%. NFL is a "fail up" org. He was at his best coaching the offense in Buffalo. That's not to say he can't develop those organization skills. If he comes to TN and helps Cam become a star, he's going to have a reputation of being the fucking man when it comes to rookie QBs. He got another chance a few years later and was 20th on a Miami team with Brandon Marshall and Reggie Bush... although most of the rest of the team was shit. His 3rd shot was with the Chiefs where they had the 32nd ranked offense and by week 9 had 29 turnovers. Then he gets the Bills job and they are 30th and 23rd in scoring. Stefon Diggs shows up and all of a sudden they are a top tier offense. I am not impressed with Daboll. I am impressed with Josh Allen and Stefon Diggs.
