I just don't agree that drafting Love at 4 is not a viable option like some posters seem to believe. I happen to believe it is the best option if they stay at 4. I'm not saying drafting Love isn't viable. It just may not be the most valuable. Or it may... I'm not closing myself off to anything. Except for Makai Lemon. Fuck Temu Pennywise. OnsideKick
@MiamiOHFootball linebacker Jackson Kuwatch Pro Day (6-4, 232) 4.64 40, 5-10-5: 4.30 L drill: 6.95 Broad: 10.0 Vertical: 36.5 Bench: 15 reps Rising #NFLDraft2026 prospect being scheduled for top 30 visits. _______ Looking for a true 2026 NFL Draft sleeper? Jackson Kuwatch, LB, Miami (OH) Pre-@ShrineBowl, a few area scouts were hoping we wouldn't invite him and keep him a secret. Post-@ShrineBowl, more than a few said he'll be one of the first non-Combine players drafted. His Pro Day results should solidify him being a draft pick (23 teams there today), and I expect on the earlier side on Day 3. I know teams rely more on film than the combine, but the combine just helped back up what was already there on film for him. I don't think he makes it to the 2nd round, especially if that shit with Downs and his ACL is real. DT may wind up going in the top 20 if Downs falls. But even if Downs goes early I bet he still goes somewhere in the 20s. You and I both know how it’ll end up with Downs . We don’t even have to wait till April. He’ll get taken by the Ravens. When I say “they’re not gonna take a running back at 4”, I’m not just basing that on my evaluation of the players and blanketing positional value. I’m basing it on the entire history of Borgonzi and Brinker. What they’ve said and what their teams have done. The Chiefs didn’t draft one earlier than the THIRD ROUND Borgonzi’s entire time there. The one time one of their teams drafted a running back in the first round (let alone top 10) that I can recall off the top of my head was CEH. And that was at the very end of the round, they did it for Mahomes, AND they regretted it! lol The packers have never drafted a running back in the first round at least as far back as when Ron Wolf got their in the early 90s. Could they go against everything they’ve ever said and done? Sure. It’s possible. And I’ve already acknowledged that. I’m just saying you guts are betting on an extreme outlier outcome lol Trends are hard to use bc they don't take into account situations. Who was there when they could draft. You don't generally take a RB at 4. In fact- there have been in the last 10 years very few RBs worth a top 10 pick. So its not odd that Borgonzi didn't get teh chance to draft LT level RB in teh top 10. The draft, when you have high picks and who happens to be there is all chance. You can look at general trends but its just that- a general trend that's part of multiple factors. Its not a rule book. The Chargers drafted LT 5th overall in 2001. Do you how many times they drafted a rb in the top 10 before or after that? Not once in 25 years and you have to go back to 1987 before that. Bc LT was a unique superstar talent. Vikings and Adrian Peterson- drafted number 7 overall and have not drafted a RB in the top 10 since then. I am not advocating for suddenly drafting a Rb in teh first round every year. I am saying- talent evaluation first. IF Love projects to be an LT, Peterson, Barkely level player. And you don't rank another player at higher importance position the same- you take Love. Easy. No regrets. What you don't do is draft a Lathan and pass on an LT bc of positional value. japan, and BeedoeLaw 1

AussieTitanFan08
Was listening to the Cowboys Draft Show today and they were talking about how disappointing Keldric Faulk was at the combine. Had me thinking how he has gone from a potential top 5 pick early in the CFB season to hanging on to go in the first round.

AussieTitanFan08
Dane Brugler's latest post combine mock draft just dropped 4. Tennessee Titans: Jeremiyah Love, RB, Notre Dame Should the Titans, at this point in their roster construction, invest a premium pick at running back? Debatable. But with money to spend in free agency, Tennessee should be in a much more stable place before we get to April. An AFC scout for a team that already has an established running back called Love “the best player in the draft.” Instead of getting hung up on positional value, the Titans should focus on “impact value” and what a talent like Love could do not only for the run game, but the passing game and offense overall. Head coach Robert Saleh spent the last year watching Christian McCaffrey’s impact on the San Francisco 49ers and could see similar potential in Love. 35. Tennessee Titans: Cashius Howell, edge, Texas A&M https://www.nytimes.com/athletic/7081108/2026/03/04/nfl-mock-draft-2026-combine-mendoza/ Edited March 4 by AussieTitanFan08 titanskick8851, oldschool, IsntLifeFunny, and 1 other 3
AussieTitanFan08
Brugler has Omar Cooper Jr as the 3rd WR off the board ahead of both Jordyn Tyson and Denzel Boston in this latest mock draft. Also unlike some others who have released post combine mock drafts Brugler stays with the Cardinals taking an OT at #3.
