After years of shitting on Ballard and calling him overrated (he is) I must admit that he's built a pretty good team. The best evidence of that is that the second an even average level QB got in there, the offense took off like a rocket. Very reminiscent of what happened with us and Tannehill. I didn't think someone could survive let alone completely bounce back from spending the #4 overall pick on Anthony Richardson but he somehow did it. I fully expect him to light it on fire a la J-Rob in a few years but for now, I get why he was retained. I absolutely love how he drafts receivers.

All the picks he gave for Sauce negated that.  Now he has an injured non signed QB who needs to be paid and a young QB he has to dump.  HE is also going to have to lose some of those players because of his mismanagement of the QB spot.  He is fotunate the Irsay family is filed with morons.

AAS is a very good owner. Not sure why this keeps getting rehashed. Vrabel, Robinson, Carthon, and Callahan all deserved to go for various reasons.

Their defense sucking has nothing to do with Daniel Jones.

If you mean after he got hurt, an offense's inability to stay on the field absolutely has a direct effect on the defense. I can't say I watched a lot of Colts games but this is generally true across all levels of football.

Yeah, that Sauce trade was very, very stupid. I get that he was trying to push because he thought this was the year but he gave up too much. Like I said, I'm not a Ballard fan and never have been.

Against the 49ers Rivers went off for 300 yards, the Colts scored 27 points and still lost by 3 touchdowns. They just put up 30 points against the Texans this past Sunday and still lost 38-30. It wasn't just about the offense not staying on the field.

Absolutely. Look at our defense. They were pretty solid for 2 or 3 quarters most weeks. There is a breaking point mentally and physically from the offense being incapable of staying on the field and/or scoring.

If you go to work and half your team does jack shit leaving you to do all the work how does that effect the output and morale of your half of the team/crew whatever?

...and no state income tax...and a new stadium. I'm not sure what his family situation is, but Nashville's a hell of a lot more family friendly than Atlanta or New York.

Wacky, meddling owner who is 'poor' by NFL standards... She says she's stepping back until she steps forward...

I mean, if we're going to pleasure ourselves on how great a job this is, then you have to look at the negative views from around the league.  And Strunk is definitely not respected...

What exactly are the standards? The Browns? Raiders? Cowboys? Jets? Bengals?

At least she's not standing on the sideline wearing a headset and taking notes.

She's bottom 5
