Falcons are in horrible shape. All that talent and looking at 3-7. Plus they don't have a 1st round pick coming up,  as the Rams will get their 1st this coming draft.

Yeah about half of the yards was on running plays too. They kinda collapsed there at the end.

But, they do have a player whose last name is one letter away from spelling "Penis," so that's pretty cool....

I thought Ward looked more relaxed and played better overall. He still missed some passes and took some sacks but he did some things in this game that were notable. 

 

He took some easier passes. He ran for those 1st downs, including that 20 yarder. He looked calmer and looked like he didn't press as much in some situations. 

 

Obviously the pass to the 5 was a thing of beauty but I'm more impressed with how he managed the game. It was far from perfect but it was much improved. 

 

The surrounding talent is absolutely terrible. Kinsey, Jefferson and Ayo as the top 3, a joke. Pollard is now bum status

 

14 carries for 25 yards from the RBs. All the false starts....

 

But I thought he showed some good improvement
