The guy who was supposed to be the leader of the entire operation couldn't find anything productive to do on the sidelines besides mismanaging the clock? yikes.

What was cringy about it? Vrabel seemed nervous and hadn't developed as a public speaker yet. Both Vrabel and Saleh preached the importance of physicality. Saleh stresses violence, while Vrabel lead with the importance of discipline and not making dumb mistakes. The Jets under Saleh had a very high rate of personal fouls, late hits, and unsportsmanlike penalties. I'd rather have a smart team.

Harbaugh and Tomlin could both take a year off. If Indy moves off of Shane Steichen he should be strongly considered. S tier. Harbaugh/Tomlin A tier. Marcus Freeman B tier. Credit McCoy for a decent gameplan. Screens and quick passes to Garrett's side really helped neutralize him. Way better than Vrabel's plan of double teaming him with TEs and being forced into delay of games when Garrett motioned back and forth. . xoQ-n4iFx_7GZRWf.mp4

If you feel you have near a 50% chance of converting the 2 it does make sense analytically. Sucks we happened to be one of the few times it hasn't worked out for the team down 14. We could have easily been down by 1 with a minute to go.

How do we know it's not both? It's just as likely to be both as it is to be just a Titan talent issue. I wonder what we could get for Cam and use that to build around Mendoza.

Vrabel is a poor man's Mike Tomlin. So everyone wanting Vrabel back should be ecstatic about Tomlin. I wasn't a Vrabel fan but I'm on board with Tomlin for some stability's sake and to get this franchise out of the dumpster. At worst he'd make us a .500 team and develop anyone on the roster worth a damn until we try to upgrade again.

The worst part is Vrabel gets all the credit while we look like morons despite being correct to fire him. Vrabes is a top 17-12 HC but not the top 5 coach the media acts like he is.

Dan Quinn choosing to kick in OT reinforces why i don't want to go back to a defensive HC. You had Denver's defense on the field for a long drive to end regulation and you could have forced them back out there while giving your own defense more rest. Analytics are proving that you still want the ball first in this new OT system.
