Like I said, the mob wants blood. Even thought they got want they wanted in Callahan being fired this week, now they need to blame someone and AAS is the target because she made the decision mid season. You can't fix stupid.

There is a kernel of truth to this in the sense that it will always be someone else turn in the barrel but I do think the concerns with Amy are legit. None of this changes until we get better players in Tennessee. Period.

rumor is Amy was the one demanding all the wr screens

Why hire Brinker and give him total control over football decisions if you're going to meddle and make decisions like this.    She's just like her dad if this story is true and there is litt

It's 1 of 32. It is going to attract a quality candidate. The bears fired Matt Eberflus midseason and hired Ben Johnson.    This whole notion of "no one is going to want the job" is bullshit

Do they have an actual search for a coach or is it a sham and Amy already decided McCoy is the guy? Is the GM hire contingent upon accepting McCoy and multiple candidates back out?

Oh wait ... that was last time she fired the worst coach ever, mid-season during our QB's rookie year. Well, it's been a fun full circle. Maybe on the next go around we'll win the Super Bowl instead of maxing out at the conference championship.

Finally a valid point from you. I worry about this if McCoy has any perceived success.

Do people realize how much of a fucking asshole know-it-all Vrabel is? That wears thin really fast when things are down. It’s toxic. Wait until it falls apart in NE and it will.

Maye is gonna be his saving grace I'm afraid. Same deal with Belichick and Brady.

Callahan has been so bad and the team getting worse, she had no choice but to make the right decision now. Thats not the same thing as impatience. Thats called being decisive which in this particular case, she was.

No one is coming to save us. The team will continue to look like shit until we get a massive talent infusion. No disaster was averted by making this move. Deviating from a goal that you just set out for yourself a few days ago is not decisiveness if it's undoing the decision you just made lol.

Who's going to be the retread QB that we get to carry that torch after McCoy ruins Ward?

She's just like her dad if this story is true and there is little hope to fixing things.

This also makes it likely she got emotional after the Eagles game, where AJ Brown went off and fired Robinson mid season

She got emotional after the eagles game, she got emotional after the Texans game with Vrabel, she got emotional when she was pushing Mariota on them because she liked him

I don't know, but he's never come across as a click bait journalist, so that holds some weight in my opinion.

Speaking of clickbait. Was listening to the atoz show from yesterday and easton freeze was all pouty and offended that some of the fan base called the media out on fliping from fire callahan ro what is wrong with amy saying they were going for clicks after she did what everyone wanted.

Ironically after we said it on here.

Was fun stuff.

This is true, but the decision should have been made prior to the season. They were the worst team in the NFL and Levis regressed.  Instead, she decided that he was worthy of another year and yet another QB project.  The entire thing predictably blowing up is on the people who put him in the position to do a terrible job, not the guy doing the only thing he's capable of - sucking ass.

This honestly feels like a non-story.  The Titans stink, the owner is frustrated, embarrassed, do you want her to sit on her hands and knees while the team flounders, nothing gets done like it's all okay and do nothing?

Pretty much every Titans fan who posts here and I'm guessing elsewhere thought the guy should've been fired.  They also probably thought he shouldn't have been calling plays.  I get it.  Fans are frustrated.  I'm frustrated.  The team is a joke right now.  It's as bad as it's ever been.  The receivers that Ward threw to on Sunday felt like a glorified college team.  Until they get better players people will just continue to look for people to blame.  It'll all go away when/if that happens (they get better players).

Until then, if that actually happens, this nonsense will continue.

Callahan was a hot commodity when he was hired. He got several interviews for head coaching jobs. It just didn't work out. Sometimes that happens.

It didn't work out because it was a horrible hire, as I had pointed out at the time.

You guys wanting to paint Amy in a bad light I won’t drink the koolaid. She’s not someone who’s in the draft room telling who to take or how to draft or trade, she’s been pretty hands off and has made moves when needed. She mostly likely got word from the players that things weren’t looking good, she most likely asked Brinker and Borgo to handle it and they didn’t, they more than likely shot her down and said give Callahan a chance, so she stepped in and made a move if these reports are true. There’s absolutely nothing wrong with what she did if true. You guys acting as if she’s Jerry jones are nuts. She’s been a great owner whose turned this team around and gotten interests back into Nashville, she’s done so much for the former players and treated them right, she’s taken care of free agents ours and new ones. I won’t let you guys bad mouth her. She fired a guy who’s deserved to be fired and we’re here arguing semantics
