Dangermode
Thank you Amy. Callahan was holding back this team, and Brinker was just leaving him out there as a human shield to keep the public blame OFF HIMSELF where it belonged. If things continue to go bad, I hope everyone recognizes that Brinker has been a large part of this failure. He don't fuck around. He gave his car battery team like 6 months to get their shit together and improve the batteries even more. Think they did it in 3 or 4 months. lol If he followed his DOGE pattern, he'd fire everyone then hire them back because he screwed up. freakingeek
Callahan had the noose around his neck already because of his poor job performance but I think the axe fell when Callahan publicly called out Cam Ward as being part of the problem after the Raiders game. If you're looking for someone to blame for the Titans woes, Ward is way down on that list. Can he play better? Absolutely but the team was offensively lifeless. To say Callahan was in over his head would be a gross understatement. DCTitan, and IsntLifeFunny

TeamRamrod
I kind of think she wanted to fire him after the Texans game but was afraid she would look emotional after that because it’s Houston and the original plan was to fire him after the Cardinals game but they won so she had to push it back a week. ctm
I think there was a glimmer of momentum and hope things might improve after the lucky cards win. That got blown up when the team came out flat and it was apparent to everyone that Callahan had lost the locker room. Goodbye and rightly so. The fact they couldn't build even just a little bit off that win and instead came out flat against a team with a roster as bad as theirs was the final straw in my opinion.
