A Nagy hire would make me lose some confidence in Borgonzi. There are multiple better candidates available and he’s interviewing everyone under the sun. If he comes away from all of those interviews and still hires his buddy, it would be a letdown.

Not only that, hires the guy he used to sit down and do mock interviews with and bounce ideas off of for when each of them reached this point in their careers. It's not even a case of tell me what you want me to hear, it's tell me the same shit we've already practiced lol.

There are 5 people in the initial interview room - not just Borgonzi.

Nagy is just the obvious prediction. Doesn’t mean it’ll happen, but in all walks of life (and especially in the NFL) people hire from within their network.

Doesn't really matter now as he chose the Giants but Schefter just now on Get Up said Harbaugh was a big fan of Cam Ward.

I really like McDaniel, but I don't see Borgonzi pulling the trigger on him. I really feel like a Saleh HC/McDaniel OC pairing would be tremendous, but the fact that McDaniel has already interviewed with the lions for their OC job and with Philly in hot pursuit for their OC job, what are the chances he would choose to be the Titans OC over those two. If they want McDaniel working with Cam, they likely have to make hin HC.
