Maybe she's just edging the local media by not communicating with them at all while she's here.

 

McDaniel, maybe? Is she actually even here or was that a fake report? If she's here, maybe it's because they're closing in on their finalists and they want to have in-person meetings now? She was probably planning to be here soon anyway because it won't be too much longer until someone is hired.

Complete tangent, but got screwed on canceled flights out of Reagan & Dulles once. After sleeping in the airport, got pond skipper to BWI early on the AM

 

The flight from BWI to Nashville was me, 2 other passengers, and 3 different flight crews going to rest in town before their next round. 

 

Brand new plane. The pilots and working flight attendants made it the lap of luxury. Pilots even throttled the plane down a smidgen to give us all an extra 15 minutes of rest when we gave the thumbs up.

 

Only good memory I'll allow myself of that city.
