He just holds the position. Maybe 5 years from now he gets another chance- hes young enough. But enough of this OTJ training opportunity. He makes our team look like a 2nd rate organization. He’s done it before as an interim, guys buy into what he says and as a special teams coach I would assume he’s disciplined.
