I think Anquan Boldin and Josh Allen have gotten more bums drafted than any other players in NFL history. Those guys are total outliers and no one should ever be compared to them.

If he can get open consistently, he has a shot. The biggest hurdle imo is that he's competing for the back end of the roster and doesn't play special teams. He'll have to stand out early to have a real shot at the 53.

Wait a minute? You don't think Boldin running a 4.72 40 22 years ago is proof an undrafted rookie who ran way slower is proof he's likely going to make it?

Well put. On tape alone you'd think he has a shot; the stars just aren't going to align for him. As others have mentioned, not being an obvious special teams guy really hurts someone like him.

There’s no reason to think he doesn’t play special teams just because he didn’t at Miami as their star receiver.

The role just isn't obvious for him. He doesn't appear to have the athleticism for gunner or returner and he's not really big enough for anything else. What role would you project him to?

Of course.  Hence the minor surprise he chose to sign in TEN after they drafted 2 WR's in round 4 that presumably will be on the roster unless they completely flop or get hurt.
