You literally can't discuss the Titans history without the Oilers being a part of it because the the first Titans era where they were good was almost fully stocked with Oilers decision makers, coaches, and personnel. Nashville also absolutely deserves some criticism for their "fandom" when other teams fans fill up the stadium on a routine basis.
