Levis sucked but he had some big time physical skills, Sanders doesn't have that. I also heard this morning the Saints have no interest in Sanders. One analyst I heard this morning said he watched Sanders and Ward throw and the difference was staggering. Draft nerds pumped up Sanders, NFL teams clearly think differently. Whether that is a trade down or getting a high level player at 35. Saints, Steelers will be the QB needy teams that could trade up for one of Sanders/Shough/Milroe. OL needy teams are basically down to Ersery, Savaiinaea, and maybe Trapilo as plug and play OT. So there could be a market there as well. The EDGE group of Green, Ezeiruaku, Femi Olajejo still being on the board + others could allow for a trade back if they like them and/or others. If they like Higgins, Harris, Burden, Noel, or Williams, it would allow them to do a small trade back (5 spots or so). Someone will almost definitely take Emmanwori early or trade up for him.
